Application: Under the stabilizing effect of S-7000, the service life of the polymer can be extended by more than three times under extremely harsh conditions. Hydrolysis stabilizers are used in polymer materials containing ester and amide groups, lubricating greases and organic liquids, especially at higher process temperatures. It can remove acid and water and prevent autocatalytic degradation. Stabilization of polyester products (including PET, PBT and PEEE) and many polyurethane products and polyamide nylon products, EVA and other easily hydrolyzable plastic stabilizers. It can also prevent the attack of water and acid on lubricating ester and lubricating oil, and play a stabilizing role. It can improve the service life of many polymers, especially the resistance to hydrolysis and stability of hydrolysis under harsh conditions such as high temperature, humidity and acid-base media. These polymers include PU, PET, PBT, TPU, CPU, TPEE, PA6, PA66 and EVA, etc. S-7000 reacts with the decomposition product carboxylic acid or water to produce urea-based compounds that do not have any negative effect or effect on the stability of the parent material. S-7000 also prevents the molecular weight of the polymer from decreasing during processing. For nylon products, it can not only significantly improve its hydrolysis resistance under high temperature processing conditions, but also have long-term hydrolysis resistance stability under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high humidity.

Reference dosage: It is typically used in the production of monofilament fibers or PET and polyamide injection molding products. The addition amount of S-7000 is 0.5-1.5%, which is adjusted according to the required hydrolysis stability effect and the acid value of the polymer. The recommended dosage in high-grade polyol polyurethane TPU, PU casting elastomer and polyurethane adhesive based on PU system is 0.7 to 1.5%. The recommended dosage for some special product applications (eg EVA) is 3-5%.
